We offer you restaurant quality food items in family friendly sizes.  Many of our items are purchased from food service wholesalers such as US Foodservice, Ginsberg’s and Sysco.  We will buy cases of product and break it down to smaller sizes to suit most families.  This gives you an opportunity to enjoy restaurant products at home.

To support small, local businesses like ourselves, we also work with several local New York food manufactures to bring you specialty items.  Examples are OK Foods in Valatie, Bhig Bear Hot Sauces in Waterford, Pede Brothers Italian foods in Schenectady, Old Saratoga Spice Rubs in Cropseyville, Finest Maid Meats in Broadalbin and Pika’s Farm Table in Big Indian.

Our primary sales are through fund raising food co-op sales at schools.  We make monthly deliveries right to the school to save mom & dad a trip to the club store.  The schools receive a portion of the proceeds.  There are also a few local businesses that offer the food co-op to their employees as a benefit.  Walk in customers are welcome and encouraged to stop at our warehouse in Castleton (Schodack), New York.
