Dominex Eggplant Cutlets

Dominex is the maker of this "egg"cellent product.  It's all they do, so you know it's the best.  These breaded, Italian style, round cut slices are already cooked for you.  You can make all your favorite eggplant dishes in no time with no mess.

Cooking Instructions:

Skillet: Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in skillet. Add frozen eggplant cutlet and brown 1 ½ - 2 minutes, flip and brown other side.

Bake: place frozen cutlet in preheated oven. Bake at 425F for 12- 15 minutes

Broil: let thaw for 30 minutes, broil for 2 minutes each side

INGREDIENTS: eggplant, soybean oil, wheat flour, corn flour, salt, dextrose, corn starch, spices, garlic powder, dehydrated parsley, onion powder, extracts of paprika and annatto, and natural flavors. Breading set in soybean oil.
