Cooking directions: Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together, do not separate them. Bring 4 qts. of water to a boil, and 1 1/2 tsp of salt for every pound. Add frozen tortellini to boiling water, reduce heat to a low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 3-5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain well and serve.
