Cooking: Standard Oven: preheat oven to 450 F. spread evenly on a shallow pan. bake for 8-12 minutes. Convection Oven: PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 F. SPREAD PANCAKES EVENLY ON A SHALLOW BAKING PAN. BAKE FOR 6 TO 9 MINUTES. Deep Fry: Fill basket 1/3 full (1 lb) with frozen pancakes. Deep fry at 350°F for 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 minutes. Griddle: Preheat griddle to 350°F. Spread 3 tablespoons of oil over griddle. Carefully add a thin layer of frozen pancakes. Fry for 14 to 17 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. INGREDIENTS: Potatoes, vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: canola oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, corn oil), onion, dehydrated potato flakes (potatoes, mono- and diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid to preserve natural color), salt, potato starch - modified, modified cellulose, baking powder (corn starch, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), sodium alginate, spices, garlic powder, calcium lactate (calcium lactate, distilled monoglycerides, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil), sodium citrate, xanthan gum, malic acid, annatto (color), turmeric (color), dextrose, sodium acid pyrophosphate added to preserve natural color.
