Gourmet Twice Baked Potato

Bacon, cheese, sour cream, onion and chive blended with mashed potatoes and  scooped into a potato skin.  These can be microwaved or baked in the oven.  Talk about saving time without sacrificing taste.   Yum, yum.

Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to 375F, bake for 35-40 minutes or until done.

Microwave on high, 1 portion 4-5 minutes, 2  for  6-7 minutes, 3 for 8-9 minutes 4 for 10-12 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:  baked potato, processed cheddar cheese (milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, water, sodium phosphate, whey, artificial colors, natural flavors), sour cream (light cream, nonfat milk, food starch modified, guar & locust bean gum, calcium sulfate, salt, enzymes), margarine (soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water salt, lecithin, mono & diglycerides, sodium benzoate (preservative)), artificial color and flavor, vitamin A palmitate, bacon (cured with water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate), milk, seasoning, minced onion, onion powder, dehydrated chives and pepper.
