Southwest Corn Chowder

Just heat and serve, makes ½ gallon.  If this is too much for one meal, let it partially thaw in the fridge, just enough to break in half.  Heat half and freeze the rest for next time.  NOTE:  the packaging says you can boil it in the bag.  We do not suggest this as the bag can break.

INGREDIENTS:  water, light cream, corn, potatoes (sodium acid pyrophosphate added to maintain color), onions, red bell peppers, creamed corn (corn water, sugar, modified corn starch, salt), butter (cream, salt), chicken base (chicken, salt, chicken fat, dextrose, sugar, natural flavoring, roast chicken flavor (chicken broth and turmeric), wheat flour, modified corn starch, chipotle base (red chili, chipotle and roasted red bell peppers, salt sugar) salt sugar, garlic in oil (garlic, soybean oil, phosphoric acid – acidifying agent) and spices.
