Heating from Thawed: remove portion from wrapper Microwave at 50% power for 1 ½ minutes to reach 140F Oven; at 350F. Place filet in pan, add liquid to cover bottom of pan, cover with lid or foil and cook 10 minutes to reach 140F. Heating from Frozen: Leave portion in vacuum package. Boiling water: place one package of frozen, unopened portion in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from package and serve Microwave: Times and temperatures vary greatly. Puncture vacuum package and microwave at 50% power until 140F. Can also be served chilled.
